Accroding to the USCIS website, the California Service Center, as of Sept, 6, is still processing applications received before March 28th.
According to these stats, they are still at least a couple of weeks away from processing my application dated May 11.

Here is the web page that shows the processing dates of the CSC.

https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/js...ter=California

I am not going to panic yet, but come next week I am going to try and get through to a person there to ask some questions about why my receipt # is not in the automated system yet.

I still think it is because my application has not been processed - only received.
They haven't reviewed the application yet. All they have done is send me NOA #1 that the application has been received.
I doubt that anything will show up in the automated system until the application has been reviewed and either denied, approved or pending RFE.
I was expecting 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 months for the CR-1 application to get processed.
According to what I have seen in several other cases, that time frame is about normal.

AH, maybe CSC has changed since we went through there, but our WAC number was in their automated system as soon as it was received.

Aloha, please update. To circumvent the continued ineptness of Delbros, we picked up my wife's Visa at the regional office on Oct. 4th and arrived in the U.S. on Oct. 13th. SSN arrived on Oct. 24th and Permanent Resident card on Nov. 14th. We are now Done until Lifting of Conditions in 2007.

Thanks, Frank

Updated timeline, and good news...

Received IRS forms today, got our interview schedule after only requesting it TWO days before!!! I am beginning to like the U.S. Embassy in Seoul. I never thought it would be this fast to get a CR-1 through the system.
