I-130 Question
Does anyone know if I can file this now? and if I could... would I still have to forward all that info (bank statements etc) to my fiancee for her interview?
I filed the I-129F and G-325As in July. Thanks! |

Who are you wanting to file the I-130 for? It is for spouses or other relatives of USC, so you cannot use it for your fiancée unless you are planing to fly over there and get married.
If you do get married before she gets her visa, you will have to start all over again as she will be denied if she is already married. Are you meaning the I-134 Affidavit of Support? |

I would start getting everything ready, but I wouldn't send it yet. As time goes by you will want to change out bank statements, check stubs to the most current as that is what they will want to look at.
