Crunchy Onion Chicken

Description:
crunchy chicken, flavorful meals the entire family will enjoy
Ingredients:
  1. 1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S french fried Onions.
  2. 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts.
  3. 1 egg, beaten
Preparation:
  1. 5 Minutes
Instructions:
  1. Place FRENCH'S french fried Onions into plastic bag.
  2. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin.
  3. Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.
  4. Place chicken on baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional crumbs, if desired.
  5. Bake at 400'F for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

If I make this, I will use another part of a chicken since chicken breast are not quite tender.

yes, you can try other parts of the chicken meat. i use chicken breasts boneless Premium brand or Hormel brand, try those brand if you like it
