Pork Fried Rice

Description:
This is our new recipe thread you can share your favorite recipes with all members.
Ingredients:
  1. 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
  2. 1/2 cup celery, diagonally sliced
  3. 2 cups pork roast, diced
  4. 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, finely minced
  5. 2 tablespoons oil
  6. 3 cups cooked rice, cold
  7. 1 cup water chestnuts, canned, sliced
  8. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  9. 1/4 teaspoon salt (or hot salt)
  10. 1 egg, slightly beaten
  11. pinch of hot pepper flakes or cayenne, to taste
  12. 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation:
  1. Cook and cook some more
Instructions:
  1. Sauté onions, celery, and pork in oil until vegetables are tender crisp.
  2. Add rice and water chestnuts. Combine pepper, salt, egg and soy sauce.
  3. Stir into rice mixture. Cook, stirring 2 to 3 minutes or until heated.
