my illigitimate daughter
I have a six year old daughter who is illigimate, but father is listed on birth certificate. Was advised by an attorney to get an affidavit attesting to me never being married and attesting to the article in Phil family law that indicates mother has sole parential authority of illigitimate child. Will the embassey accept these and provide me with a K1 and my daughter a K2?ffice
