Problems with an account

I am not sure how to help out on this one, but Cleo's friend Marizylle is having problems with her account. She says that she changed something in her profile and can no longer log in. I do not know if she has tried resetting her password or not (this is the strangest form of 'tech-support' I have ever been involved in).

I had the same problem. I corrected the spelling of my email address and after that, my account went "inactive."

Once your account is inactive, you can't get in to let anyone know, and you have a heck of a time contacting the admin.

I dug around and found email addresses to four of the moderators and the admin and emailed them. Never got a reply.

After a week I made this new account.

Moderators can't help you to solve this, only the administrator can do.

I emailed the administrator too. Never heard back.

Seemed easier to build a new account. Such is life!

Of course nobody expects Bob to be around all the time. But isn't it possible to give somebody co-admin rights for such "emergencies"?
