getting preggy
hello all , new to the forum . and i have a question. well i have been talking to my mahal ko for over a year now. were planning on our first meet this coming year. were going to file for a k-1 because ,her only brother decided he wanted to get married next year. that's not the question though. my Q is, how long will paper work be, if getting preggy before filing for the k-1 ?

Ok, I will say what I have been thinking, yes you can still get her visa without much problem, but in my humble opinion, you are waiting until she gets here to get married, so other things can wait as well.
