Parental Authority from DSWD?
we are applying for k1 visa
i have a six year old son from my previous marriage. We have been annulled and the custody was granted to me (mother) his father have visiting rights. Will we be needing to secure a parental authority even if his father is also in US? will we still be needing it even if i have the full custody for my son? |
