Hello, you can learn a lot about Cebu at a site called "Way Blima" at
www.wayblima.com . Also there is a forum of people living in Cebu at
www.livingincebuforums.com that could give you more insight in what to expect and what to watch out for.There ae some more too, but it slips my mind at the moment, but be sure to look for the videos at the livingincebu by Jim Sibbick.
